The #5 Gilman Greyhounds traveled to Paul Angelo Russo Stadium to battle the #10 Calvert Hall Cardinals. Gilman has had very little success playing at Calvert Hall and took a 6-0 waxing at the hands of the Cardinals last season. Calvert Hall returned 13 players from their team last year but did lose their leading scorer from the last 3 seasons and is looking for a person or persons to carry the scoring load. The two teams split in the regular season last year and this matchup looked to be a very even one with both teams looking to land an very important early season MIAA win.
