Colts Corraled by the 'Skins in The Hall Of Fame Game in Canton
- Posted by Todd Thelen on August 4th, 2008
The win was fitting considering that two of Washington's best were inducted into the Hall on Saturday. WR Art Monk and CB Darrell Green are two Jesus loving men who used their God given abilities to help DC win three Super Bowls in ten years.
What impressed me most about last night's game, beyond the quality quarterback play from Jason Campbell, Todd Collins, and Colt Brennan (sixth round, Hawaii), was new Head Coach Jim Zorn's play calling.

After trading first round pick, Redskins go WR, TE, WR in Round 2
- Posted by Robert Mang on April 26th, 2008
The Redskins traded their first round pick to the Atlanta Falcons for two second round picks, 34th and 48th, and also acquired a fourth round pick. With the 34th pick they selected Devin Thomas who had been pegged by many as a mid-first round talent. Thomas has all the physical tools. He is 6" 1' 216 pounds with 4.40 speed. He is also an excellent return man. The big question mark with him is that he only has big season at the Division I college level. Also, he needs to work on his blocking and route running.

The Washington Redskins made an offer to the Cincinnati Bengals for disgruntled Wide Reciever Chad Johnson. The offer included this years first round pick (#21) and next years third round pick which could become a first with good performance. Cincinnati's Response, Thanks but no thanks, Chad Johnson is not available. Cincinnati has also rejected offers from the Cowboys and Eagles.
