Perry Hall/Towson Boys Soccer Recap
- Posted by Marco Romanell on September 26th, 2008
The unranked Towson Generals(3-1) traveled down 695 to Perry Hall to take on the 4th ranked Perry Hall Gators (4-1) in our Metro Sports Weekly Boy's Soccer Game of the Week. The Gators had high expectations coming into this season after going all the way to the state Championship last season. The Generals come in with a team filled with new players, however, Towson did hand Perry Hall one of their 2 losses last season. Both teams know each other's style of play really well and knew that the game was going to be determined by whichever team wanted it more.
Donte' Greene on the Move Again
- Posted by Kevin Lynch on July 29th, 2008
It appears that Donte' Greene is on the move again, ESPN.com is reporting that He will be the Traded to the Sacremento Kings as the center piece of a deal for Ron Artest. Donte' was originally drafted by the Grizzlies, then traded to Houston, and will now apparently be sent to Sacramento.
The 6'11" Small Forward out of Towson Catholic impressed in the Summer League, Scoring 40 points in his debut, and averaged 22.6 points.
As a member of the Kings, Donte' Should have a better chance to make an immediate impact, and should be a great part of their future.

This is a Huge pickup for the Terps, he stands at 6'5" and runs a 4.5 second 40 yard dash. He is clearly one of the most dominant players in the state. This comes a day after the Commitment of other Baltimore Native Eric Franklin from Archbishop Curley.
