River Hill and Poly are going to the State Championship....Perry Hall and N Carroll should be good, Perry Hall has had some trouble in the playoffs

gotta be Perry Hall, North Carroll is from a way tougher conference. Eastern Tech gets no respect, they could be a sleeper to reach the final
